I have been with ETERNITY Systems for six months now and I am completing the international trainee ship in Germany. After completing my studies in mechanical engineering, my goal was to find a job where I could get to know different areas of work and then find the area that suits me best and where I feel comfortable. That is exactly the goal of Eternity Systems! At the beginning of the trainee ship, I was assigned to the logistics area, but I also had smaller projects in other areas (e.g. production and human resources). I particularly like the fact that I work in a very young team with a flat hierarchy, which means that I quickly got to know many employees - from the production employee to the country manager - and can also work on projects with them together. At Eternity, a lot of value is placed on the well-being of the employees! As a trainee, I am already allowed to take part in an international employee event in France this year. Next is my first stay abroad in France, where I will work on projects on site and get to know one of our international washing depots in detail. I am very excited about this possibility and already looking forward to the next time!
